LED Strip COB NEON 1260 / 12 VDC / 5m – Warm White

This innovative LED lighting strip utilizes COB technology to produce a continuous line of light, free from visible points of illumination. The tape base is equipped with LED connectors at a density of 528 LEDs per meter. A high-quality 3M LSE adhesive mounting tape is applied to the back, ensuring strong adhesion.

The LEDs on the strip are known for their superior brightness and wide viewing angle, offering a long lifespan and trouble-free operation. The strip can be cut into shorter sections, with each segment consisting of 24 diodes and a minimum length of 45.45mm. The strip measures 8mm in width and 5m in length.

Ensure proper heat dissipation for the LED strip, as it significantly affects its longevity. The surface for mounting should be free of dust and dirt and properly degreased.

Designed for a 12 V DC power supply, the strip includes markings for correct connection. Caution is advised: do not connect the strip directly to a 230V network, as it may cause electric shock or damage to the product. It’s recommended to use stabilized DC power supplies, allowing a reserve of 20% of the power supply capacity compared to the nominal power of the strip (installation).

Connecting LED strips in sections longer than 5m is not recommended. Installations over 5m should be powered at both ends or in 5m increments to maintain the strip’s lifespan and prevent voltage drops.

IP20 protection class tapes are suitable for indoor use in dust-free and dry environments. The strip can only be divided into shorter sections at designated cutting points, as cutting elsewhere may damage sections of the strip. Remember that cutting the strip should only be done with the power off.

The electrical installation for the LED strip should include short circuit, overload, and overvoltage protections.
